DRESS CODE

Formal Wedding Attire - Dress to Impress! Feel free to join us with our autumnal theme on the day! Ivory, cream and white as obvious colours to be avoided, outside of that, no strict colour code.

FOOD & DRINK

The Great Barn will be providing canapés during cocktail hour and a traditional three-course meal for the wedding breakfast. For the evening, the venue has wood-fire pizza ovens to provide a buffet style meal for all guests.

TAXIS

The Great Barn is on a country road and 5-10 minutes from the nearest town so taxis or other transportation will be required for getting home or to your accommodation. Advance booking is essential and contacts can be found on the accommodation and taxis page.

PARKING

The Great Barn has onsite parking with plenty of space and an overflow carpark if required. You may also leave your vehicle at the venue overnight if needed, however, it will need to be collected by 10:00 the next morning.

CHILDREN

Outside of a few family exceptions we are a child-free wedding, therefore, we respectfully request no children at our celebrations unless included on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

We haven’t got a wedding list, the reasons we’ll explain,
It’s to save you all the hassle, as shopping is a pain.
We thought we’d ask you all for something else instead,
A small contribution towards a holiday in the med.

We are fortunate to be in a stage of our lives where we do not require any traditional gifts towards our home. Therefore, if you were thinking of gifting to us, a small token towards our honeymoon in 2026 would be greatly appreciated. Our plan is to tour Italy for several weeks.
